Shape the Future of Architecture in Nepal: Apply to Join SONA Sub-Committees (2026-2027)
The 16th Executive Committee of the Society of Nepalese Architects (SONA) is calling for applications for Members to serve on its 10 critical Sub-Committees. This is a unique opportunity for active SONA members to contribute their specialized expertise and drive key initiatives that will advance the architectural profession in Nepal.
We are seeking five dedicated Members for each committee, focusing on areas such as:
· Social Responsibility (SCSR)
· Young Architects (SCYA)
· Architecture Education (SCAE)
· Green and Sustainable Architecture (SCGSA)
· Professional Practice (SCPP)
· Architecture Research (SCAR)
· Policy and Council Advocacy (SCPCA)
· International Relationship (SCIR)
· Women Architects (SCWA)
· Communication, Outreach and Publication (SCCOP)

· Role: Member (5 positions per committee)
· Requirement: Active SONA Membership and commitment to 75% meeting attendance.
