Result of NMA Office Building Design Competition

SONA Executive Committee held on 2071-12-18 has officially announced the winner of NMA Office Building Design Competition which was selected by Jury Panel of the competition.

The winners of NMA Office Building Design Competition are:

1st:  Mr. & Mrs. M.L. Kayastha & Associates Pvt. Ltd.

2nd:  A-Not Architecture N Architects’s

3rd:  D’ Architects & Associates

The Jury panel was consist 5 members. Members of Jury Panel are as follows:

• Ar.  Ujjwal Man Shakya
• Ar. Arun Dev Pant
• Ar. Rajesh Thapa
• Ar. Kishore Thapa (SONA Representative)
• Deebas Bikram Shah (NMA Representative)

The submitted designs were selected in two rounds. On 2071-12-10 Elimination round was conducted. In this round, Jury shortlisted 8 designs. Final round was conducted on 2071-12-16. On this day, Jury selected the winner of the competition and sends the list of winner to SONA Executive for official announcement.

• Design Philosophy
• Design plan with functional flow
• Design Elevation / Perspective 3D View
• Site Plan and Landscaping Details
• Competence of Drawing and Presentation Techniques
• Structural Design and Construction Aspect
• Green Architecture and Energy Efficient Technology
